Cancellation Policy
✅ Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a "no call, no show." Communication is key please keep me informed.
✅You are allowed to reschedule your booking up to 1 time under our policy. Deposits are valid for 30 days from the original booking date and can be applied to a future appointment within that time. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable within the 30-day window. If the timeframe expires, you’ll need to rebook and pay a new deposit. Please feel free to message me directly if you need to make any changes!
✅ A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you anticipate being late, please notify me. If there is no communication and the grace period has passed, your appointment will be cancelled.
